IP-Ban for another chat-bot spammer

    My IGN: MasterJolt

    Their IGN: All the ones at [A] Rank in the linked screenshot, plus many more as I assume they use an account dump

    Reason: Another chat-spammer ruining the general community and causing the server to be 50/50 so actual players cant join.

    Additional info: Image linked has some of the usernames that could be used to find the users IP
